I've said it before and I will say again:  I have some very talented and crafty friends of whom I adore.
This year for my b-day I received a lot of wonderful gifts from the heart.  Here are a couple of the handmade variety.

Stephanie Weber is an amazing seamstress.  The things she does with fabric is absolute perfection.  For my b-day she made me two of adorable potholders.

The fabric is amazing.  She said this is a great project for using up bits of fabric, vintage or otherwise.

Another lovely gift I received was from my dear friend, Liz Flint-Somerville, who crafted this bunting with a positive message.  I have it hanging above me right now in my office where I spend a great deal of time.   What a wonderful reminder.
